Two titles in the series are mentioned on the last page - 'The First Day of the Holidays' and 'Ginger's Adventures' - both were also published in 1940.
The text is printed in brown ink rather than black.
There is no mention of date anywhere.
The text on the spine reads from bottom to top.
At the end of the story the words 'THE END' appear in block capitals.
Dust cover: Good - there is rubbing at the top and base of the spine, there is a tear (5cm long) from the bottom of the spine on the back which has been repaired, there is a scratch at the front bottom corner, the cover has lots of light handling/foxing marks. (supplied in a removeable, protective, archival cover)
Boards: Matte - Very good - there is a little discolouration around the edges of the pale blue boards.
Pages: Very good - apart from the odd small mark the pages are clean and bright with no writing, scribbles or colouring in.
Overall: Good condition, 8/10, used.
